What do you like best about the leadership team?

I can speak to them like people not stuffy big wigs

They are in conflict-- all good people- which must be difficult for them when asked to compromise.

Listen to your team members' concerns and take the steps to address them. This is what happens when you outsource jobs!

I see no way for this company to continue. The system is cracked.

Too many senior work at home executives and managers. Too few in the field.

Stop favoritism. Let employees grow with in or provide different career opportunities for the people who wants to explore different departments.

Stop playing favoritism and do more than you expect your employees to do. Don't gossip with your employees about other employees. Very unprofessional!
