They always make sure we have possible time so we are not going in when we can't

Nothing. They want one culture.

The customers are often a delight

It's the work environment, supportive

Customers are friendly. Most of my coworkers are easy to get along with while working.

The people are so kind, and really care about their teams and their communities.

We're a team. We look out for each other.

Some team members are nice in fact you may catch us on the camera with a three second dance routine but other days I just keep my head down and work.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Liz Benny is horrible at her job . She is aware of the bullying and crazy drug usage in the building and does nothing . Several team members have gone to her about the cooridinater of the 4 pm afternoon shift and she refuses to get involved

Actually give a damn about the people who work for it. Not just the ceos or higher ups, but the ones at the bottom. The ones working with the public and getting paid the least

Not letting other employees bully you

Managers need to show up to work to support staff and not just the day hours. Also make ALL people follow company rules as well as have ALL people be respectful to one another. Following seniority rules in scheduling as well. My store picks on people they don't like,and doesn't follow g.e.policies.

More ownership by team leader and store management meaning take responsibility for your department help out when were short when people call off act like it's important to you

The executive team needs to spend more resources on staffing their stores adequately. Team members are overworked and underpaid. Especially, salaried leadership in their c-stores.
