The work life balance is bad. Like, really bad. Operations puts in tons of hours every week, and it feels like it's 9-5, monday - friday at HQ. We have "unlimited" vacation, but you can never get away, as we're a 24/7, 7 days a week business. I like what I do but it's exhausting.

Many of you are disconnected from the field. Spend more time there, and align your actions with your words. Also, there are some departments at HQ that aren't helpful at all. Some leadership changes are necessary. Reward your top talent and replace the underperformers.
