There was not really a formal interview process. I went in the store, filled out an application and talked to the manager. She said she would get back to me after checking my references

When I was working there, at first my pay was close to minimum wage, which I felt was not enough for the type of work we were doing. After awhile the manager raised everyone's wages at our store. After that I felt more happier and motivated to come to work every day
