You get to dress how you want and often the best people would come through. The support you get from your in-store members is amazing to tue point of strong bonds.

Essentially was underpaid the entire time despite literally running the store and doing more than enough to get us past sales goals. Loyalty is essentially shoved into your face and if you weren't getting signs ups than they don't care a single bit about you.

Everything. Loyalty and money is put over employees and management makes sure you know. The lack of listening to their employees causes those who've been with the company for years to leave. Boot licking is such a huge thing to even stay in the company.
