They get things done right and fast
I feel as though im being lead and guided not just told what to do
Kind, hard-working, talented, strategic. They care about their team and are passionate about the company.
I like that they're at least occasionally understanding and do their jobs well for the most part
They make me laugh when I'm having a bad day and always have my back.
Review from Sales Dept
They listen and are kind
Nothing at all very unorganized
Communication, drive, ability to move up
They are new, so I can't say much.
If you are lucky enough to work with a SM who knows how to put a team together and all the gears can be aligned in the right way it’s super fun as well as super rewarding to pull in so many accomplishment
Team work is prioritized above anything.
Great leadership skills as well as efficient
We understand how to balance business and fun
Again, the coporate leadership is great hut the local store manahers in both stores i worked at were grwat at social enineering and making people they were "bored" of quit
They are really nice and funny
Always helpful . Alway curtious! Fun environment
They have none ever one
theyre understanding and pushes you to be your best
Review from Sales Dept
I likes my ftasm. The sm was toxic and had a god complex.
No idea is ever off the table and all suggestions are welcome. They are hands on in training and always willing to sit one on one to help people. It doesn’t matter if you are the cleaning staff or a Senior VP, everyone is made to feel important and value
Overall communication especially regarding shift changes, keeping the environment mature and professional, and responsibility for managerial errors
the district management team could be more involved an more attentive
Review from Sales Dept
Taking feedback. I find it comically laughable that i was scoffed at multiple times during an attempted professional discussion with someone twice my age yet they were a store manager.
Everything, my manager is terrible
Review from Sales Dept
Trusting their employees, delegating tasks and fostering a a sense of being a team, not just boss and subordinate.
Knowing how to do their job overall
Communication, training, solve problems face to face and leadership
Actually consider their employees before making policies and decisions. Understand that employees keep their stores up and running.
Respect retail employees, don't allow toxic managers to thrive, create an environemnt with enough hours, know its a out progress not perfection and get closer to paying living wages. I had to climb into 10 foot lofts and my DM often discriminated against certain employees.
Inconsistent policy enforcement and goal making then communicates poorly
Overall training, organization and respect. I understand its a fast paces "fun" place of buisness but when the lines of coworker and friends bleed into on another there can be offense. Feedback should be accepted and learned from. Not thrown back at the speaker.
Pay attention to your employees.
Everything. Loyalty and money is put over employees and management makes sure you know. The lack of listening to their employees causes those who've been with the company for years to leave. Boot licking is such a huge thing to even stay in the company.
New leadship to be placed
CARING ABOUT EMPLOYEES AND NOT MAKING THINGS UNCOMFORTABLE FOR CUSTOMERS
learning how to be professional
Listening to the employee's needs, complaints, and criticisms
Treating employees with more respect and to not cause a scene and make everyone uncomfortable when I mess up one thing
Grow up! Figure out what direction the store is going for and do it.
