The interview questions weren't too personal and it was nice to talk about my interests.

The questions were fun and personal, like they really wanted to know who you are rather than what qualifications were present.

Not anything much in particular. Its a retail job but the interview questions are fair with expected logical responses.

Can be a slow process if being hired in management due to background check. Otherwise easy process

Maybe more job experience because sales have fallen dramatically because of the people with lack of experience or lack of concern for their job.

They do 2 rounds of interviewing. 2 diferent managers interview you, asking many of the same questions. The interview process itself is rigid for what it is: only being paid minimum wage and only working 2 or 3 days a month.

If it's technical, the interviewers probably don't have a clear understanding of the subject matter. As long you are confident, you will be fine.
