It definitely could be better. Like I said earlier I don't like management style at my store they try to motivate by fear of losing your job. I just don't think that's a great motivation tool

The leadership in my store tries to motivate by fear of loosing your job. It think this tactic gets the bare minimum out of employee

Obviously hero pay throughout the pandemic would be nice. Also there should be motivation to share the record setting profit the company earned last year. A $100 bonus you have to spend in store does not cut it in my book.
