Well composed and put together
They are smart, and deeply care for their employees
The leadership team allows diversity
They are really supportive and amazing
My store managers ability to listen and find ways to make things work, her ability to lift others up and get things done
Let management be empowered to do what needs to be done and make decisions and do the scheduling. Stop setting people up for failure and turnover. They have no regard for retaining good employees.

understanding we are human beings
Being kind to employees. Not picking people to hate. Being trained in anti bullying.
Staffing. Listening. Working together to achieve goals problem solving.
Communication and bettwr pay with this life nowadays they could pay us more they make billions
Health insurance and retirement fund
The pay was fair and I made a good living.
401 k is the best
Pay amount for hourly associates
I enjoy the discounts and extra discounts from popular brands such as Samsung
I would just like to see better management and hours
This company doesn't actually care about you, they only care about the money they get off of our blood, sweat, and lots and lots of tears.
My team is put down and are told we are not really working at all just standing there.
The amount of work load has increased but the amount of staff has decreased. That the starting compensation needs to be higher and that if hours were going to be cut why cut the backend of people like the deli and grocery when if you don't have enough of those backend people your stocking suffers
Yes. I do the job of a department manager, but have no authority over co-workers. I am the anchor, and do the most work at the fuel center. It is often frustrating. I wish I could be given a title, but it is non-existent at my store.
Everyone is working so hard and trying to make the department succeed. Despite not having the tools.

coworkers were my age and nice to talk too.
We do the unexpected with what we are given.
unique individuals working together for the common goal
My team is amazing and we support each other and work very well together
everyone is always in a bad mood and no one helps eachother
For the most part I'm in a department by myself. Although I have told management we need 2 people every night to maximize sales. What I'm trying to say is that I'm throwing 2 to 3 times as many cases as others. They don't care because it's not their body that's being destroyed.
Review from Sales Dept
Learn that the store manager and district are just horrible rude people and don't let it effect your work ethics
The problem stems from management, but there is no understanding of personal information. If you tell management anything, they tell your equal employees your personal information. There is constantly drama and taking bad about each other. Never any positive or productive conversations.
Review from Customer Support Dept
there mean to me and they bully me
The coworkers are great to work with and supportive.

Controlled temperature and it is clean in the building.
Customers and coworkers make you feel valued.
Honestly better management is the key
The pay and medical benefits
Anti bullying practices. Constant checks with employees about managers.
New management that knows how to act in a professional setting
Staff your stores, pay according to performance, don't make the best employees feel like they have to do more than everyone else, listen to the employees that have knowledge, take their advice, and most importantly keep your stores most importantly restrooms clean.
Review from Sales Dept
they need to be gooder to me and support me in my life goals of living on the streets but they crushed my dreams
the executive leaders are currently leading the store teams through fear
It seemed positive, but that was a sales pitch.

I was hired right away
The person who interviewed me was a great person and she made it so easy
I really like who I interviewed with
Being told I was going to do this as a career and then blind sided with lies about what I am later down the road.
Management could be more cheerful about the job opportunity.
Provide better IT services as the computers they give to train us are extremely slow. Improve the UI interface and experience overall and don't make the questions seem so vague in nature.
There was inconsistent in timing. The HR person was not available often.
Get better management to do interviews that actually care about something other than themselves
Better communication and follow up
Co-workers saying hello with a smile & customers are thrilled when they recieve acknowlegement and assistance
only customers make me actually happy they talk to me and smile at me
When things are done the way they are supposed to be done it's better
Great place to work at
My coworkers and the customers we serve
Bad management. They need to have well checks. They need to push employees to make a complaint.
People not being held accountable for the work they do. Stop destroying your best employees!!!!!!!!!
Review from Sales Dept
The only way to improve it is by getting better management and not hiring just anybody
Horrible upper management no soul no feelings and all blame no guidance. Bad for y'all to let these people ruin a wonderful place.
You have to take care of your employees. Not just by saying it but showing it
