What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The coworkers are great to work with and supportive.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It seemed positive, but that was a sales pitch.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is working so hard and trying to make the department succeed. Despite not having the tools.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Let management be empowered to do what needs to be done and make decisions and do the scheduling. Stop setting people up for failure and turnover. They have no regard for retaining good employees.
