King Soopers Outlook Employee Reviews

What makes you most happy at work?

Co-workers saying hello with a smile & customers are thrilled when they recieve acknowlegement and assistance

only customers make me actually happy they talk to me and smile at me

When things are done the way they are supposed to be done it's better

Great place to work at

My coworkers and the customers we serve

Feeling valued by my coworkers. They know they can rely on me for certain tasks, and I'm proud to help them out.

I am happiest at work when I can effectively support my fellow associates, but more so when I am given the opportunity to learn and grow.

My particular job is good in that I get to do many different things some of which, in other depts, only managers do I have some autonomy over how I prioritize my work It troubles me that I value autonomy more than compensation Most valuable/satisfying though are the ppl I work with

The people i work with

My fellow associates and the promise that I can work in the bakery once I turn 18.

Getting work done and improving the appearance of my dept.

what makes me happy is that I take my lame underpaid paycheck and invest it into stocks

When I am clocking out

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Sales Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Bad management. They need to have well checks. They need to push employees to make a complaint.

People not being held accountable for the work they do. Stop destroying your best employees!!!!!!!!!

Review from Sales Dept

The only way to improve it is by getting better management and not hiring just anybody

Horrible upper management no soul no feelings and all blame no guidance. Bad for y'all to let these people ruin a wonderful place.

The employees need to be appreciated for working the countless hours of overtime they force upon us every week, they need to take harassment and unfair treatment complaints seriously, they need to stop the drama they create by talking bad about employees to other employees.

Review from Customer Support Dept

You have to take care of your employees. Not just by saying it but showing it

Employees treat the customers like crap. Don't get me wrong A LOT of times the customers treat us like crap too. Only difference is that's our job. We get paid by them to serve them. Our checks even state A satisfied customer made this check possible. Not even management has customer service skills.

they need to be gooder to me and my dreams

The main problem is greed from the top down. The second biggest problem is outdated management tactics.

It can be unpredictable. Also, just because you get time off doesn't mean you won't be scheduled, I had to find someone to take over for me both times I got approved time off.

Review from Sales Dept

We are short handed and have to much to do but then get treated like we are not doing enough. The company seems to have a new work related program every few months and then walks us on it and its stressful constantly having diff standards to meat. Not enough work life balance.

What do you like best about your company?

my coworkers and friendly mangaement
