What are some of the best things about your team?
coworkers were my age and nice to talk too.
We do the unexpected with what we are given.

Some of my co workers are nice people. Management however needs retraining or replaced.
That we all understand that we are being run ragged by the company and its focusing to much on short term profits over long term growth
The clerks do a good job, we care about each other and want the best for each other, work hard to do a good job and do things the right way. The management doesn't care if someone is sick and needs to leave and makes them stay. We all just want to see each other get ahead in life and that's great.
Team work, problem solving, getting things done with lack of support or enough people
The coworkers are incredible. You know exactly where you stand with them, and they sincerely care about your wellbeing. Most of them work their fingers to the bone, even when faced with demanding or abusive customers. And despite it all, they still make time to check in with each other during break.
The best things about my team is their adverse backgrounds that allow them to effectively support all throughout the corporation.
Their commitment and loyalty to the management and the customers.

The people i work with are great. Friendly and hard working
The people I work with are amazing, it's just this one manager that makes it toxic.
The best thing about my coworkers is we all pretty much feel the same about how management and our corporate leaders treat us and compensate us.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
everyone is always in a bad mood and no one helps eachother
For the most part I'm in a department by myself. Although I have told management we need 2 people every night to maximize sales. What I'm trying to say is that I'm throwing 2 to 3 times as many cases as others. They don't care because it's not their body that's being destroyed.

Learn that the store manager and district are just horrible rude people and don't let it effect your work ethics
The problem stems from management, but there is no understanding of personal information. If you tell management anything, they tell your equal employees your personal information. There is constantly drama and taking bad about each other. Never any positive or productive conversations.

My coworkers are mostly great but trying to understand how the things we do at work effect how work goes for the others would be helpfull
As GM department head employees are excellent. Interdepartmental cooperation is always tricky but we also manage that. Store management really needs work though. On how to relate to their employees.
