Controlled temperature and it is clean in the building.

There are plenty of friendly and encouraging customers and coworkers so I feel like part of a community.
Most of the people respect eachother
They let you work without questioning what your doing if your bored then they'll give you something too do but if your not bored they leave you alone, I have an exceptional work ethic so this is why I see this behavior

The only positive is that my co-wokers are great.
The people are amazing and help each other out. It is just one manager that makes the environment toxic.
Everyone is more positive when the managers aren't around to tell us what we're constantly doing wrong or not fast enough that even though we're meeting company standards.
King sooper has a family feel to it, even though it is a large corporation.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Anti bullying practices. Constant checks with employees about managers.
New management that knows how to act in a professional setting
Staff your stores, pay according to performance, don't make the best employees feel like they have to do more than everyone else, listen to the employees that have knowledge, take their advice, and most importantly keep your stores most importantly restrooms clean.

the executive leaders are currently leading the store teams through fear
they need to be gooder to me and support me in my life goals of living on the streets but they crushed my dreams

if we had more employees and were not always short handed the culture would be better but instead we are always over worked making it stressful
