What do you like best about the leadership team?

Well composed and put together

Posted 22 days ago

They are smart, and deeply care for their employees

The leadership team allows diversity

They are really supportive and amazing

My store managers ability to listen and find ways to make things work, her ability to lift others up and get things done

They're always super nice, understanding, and willing to help you out if you forgot how to do something.

They are accepting of all

Overall store leadership is good

Understanding, workers, lead by example

Consistency has been wonderful and looking forward to the onboarding

I feel comfortable around them like i can actually tell them what is happening and i can report things to them.

it good and fun and cool

Definitely wonderful and compassion, friendly and easygoing

They almost always handle problems in a cool, collected way.

There nice and realize when someone can work and I like that.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I'm not sure I don't know them

Kind and helpful. Answer questions find time to help me

My department managers are great, but upper management dosent always seem to care

Always feel like I am working with them, not for them.

They don't work well as a team

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

understanding we are human beings

Being kind to employees. Not picking people to hate. Being trained in anti bullying.

Staffing. Listening. Working together to achieve goals problem solving.

Communication and bettwr pay with this life nowadays they could pay us more they make billions

Not applying policies biasedly. And honoring King soopers values.

The leadership team needs to get better at managing. They're super lazy and just sit around barking orders all day instead of helping. They're also extremely rude and don't know how to communicate like an adult. They all act like they're in their terrible 2's and it's super embarrassing.

Learning one person cannot run a store or a department.

They are extremly rude to employees

Actually trying to work instead of just pushing orders. And find employes instead of pushing work of others on your employees. 14 hours shifts everyday isnt ideal

This is not High School quit being bullies. Maybe listen to your employees. Train them better. Grow the hell up seriously when someone tells you working there has made them suicidal. Ask how can the company do better. Don't tell them to quit if they are that unhappy with their job. Idiots.

Empathy and follow-through. To listen and consider and to support department needs.

Actually doing some work and helping

I do not believe management treats any of their employees with respect.

Patience and training with new hires

The leadership in my store tries to motivate by fear of loosing your job. It think this tactic gets the bare minimum out of employee

Review from Sales Dept

Communication. My schedule gets changed constantly and sometimes I have no way of knowing because I might not be working to see it change. Also, I feel like I still don't know if I'm doing my job right sometimes.

Review from Sales Dept

Having a basic concept of how to run anything in the store with any sort of intelligence

Caring about their employees and understanding they have lives outside of work

Store mgmt: Authentic & realistic implementation of company policy. No one likes a manager that recites back new practices like a contestant @ a spelling bee. Relate to your people, understand variation across stores & associates. Executive team: few complaints here, good communication, down2earth
