Positions should not be compensated equally among the company. Some people deserve more according to their functions, performance and seniority.
My leaders do not have a clear idea of what my growth expectations are within the company. Even though I have expressed them via email. Another point that makes me feel undervalued are promises from directors and branch managers have made me that have never been fulfilled.
We value and appreciate our position within the company. Most of the team is very thankful, which to me is very important. We strive to do our best despite the fact that we are faced with lots of difficult situations on a daily basis, we keep moving forward and doing our best.
