There's no Lean culture, I feel loyal to the client, but Lean is just the price I need to pay.
The compensantion we get is clearly unfair, a percentage of the company's revenue can easily be share with the employees. There's no benefits whatsoever. What we receive its merely the compensation for our work.
Communication and prospective, managers are not supposed to wait for problems to happen. Manager are supposed to have the expertice and knowledge to foresee as many situations as possible and prevent problems. How? COMMUNICATING!
Retention shines because of its absence. While the client works hard of providing a healthy and safe work enviroment, Lean seems to forget about us. They never with any of the 30 people working with this client, rules are unclear, expectations too.
