They need to wake up each day hungry and finds solutions instead of pointing fingers and complaining about their Mediocre performance. They need to be held more accountable for their performance.
IC and shares needs to be more unevenly distributed for top performers. A lot more equity (skin in the game) needs to be given to TOP performers who are driving performance. Too much is given not earned for middle of the road/subpar performance which is frustrating. Retaining talent is key.
