Unfortunately, I am finding there to be not much honesty within the work place. It is becoming more numbers based and you do not feel like a valued employee; you're also a number and can be replaced at anytime.

Honesty and the commitment to our members to provide the best service to them. Working together as a whole unit to make Navy Federal the best Credit Union. Some seem to have lost the drive, passion and reason Navy Federal became great to begin with. Power is unfortunate!
