Everything looks good, but the compensation could be better

Netscout does not believe in layoffs and have not been. Recently to reduce headcount, there was a voluntary early retirement program with really generous benefits.

It really depends what product line or department you're in. It's enjoyable, collaborative, respectful, relaxed while driven (people work hard and enjoy the work but it's not a pressure cooker). The culture is a plus here.
