What is the onboarding process like at OpenWorks and how long does it last?
The New Hire Experience is multi-faceted in that its a community effort. There is the role-specific portion, the company/industry portion, dept./team portion and the culture and people portion. The length of onboarding depends on the role but on average, about 2 weeks at least, regardless of your role.

The flexibility and autonomy in the way the company operates. You feel trusted and accountable. From a core benefit/perk perspective, I would say the WFH flexibility and the Wellness Program.

Promotions are based on performance, capability, business needs and available opportunity. Leaders are really invested in employee professional development here, both from a technical and non-technical skill perspective.
What do you wish you knew before starting at OpenWorks?
I felt the interview team was extremely transparent and authentic so I went into the job with the right expectations.
