The New Hire Experience is multi-faceted in that its a community effort. There is the role-specific portion, the company/industry portion, dept./team portion and the culture and people portion. The length of onboarding depends on the role but on average, about 2 weeks at least, regardless of your role.

Prospective candidates can expect to hear back within a week from initial application to first touch point with the recruiting team, and then if its decided to move forward with their candidacy the interview process provides candidates with an update within 1-2 days after each phase.
