they are nice people. Nobody is really mean or anything like that...which is good. Improvement on DAILY communication with their subordinates would be great - but would need to be consistent.

I like the product we offer. It is in demand, meets customer expectations and is a good product. I think most people enjoy their work....but sometimes things get in the way or Don't get in the way.

They desire to do good work... but desire more concrete direction and leadership. "This is where we are going and this is how we are going to get there"....Doesn't happen. People may not like to hear that but will appreciate it when they do because there is understanding of what is expected and why
