Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are no clear paths for upward movement and the pay is not in alignment with the current pay in my area for similar work. This can result in PACs losing their best employees.

The STARTING pay for my position (with other companies) is $61K annually. I've been here a number of years to reach this. I feel I should be at $75K annually
