Overall, my experience at PAC has been good. I have had some disappointing moments mostly things have been positive. My biggest issue is around the lack of advancement opportunities, and pay.

Everyone on my team comes with different forte's. This allows our team to be creative and innovative.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are no clear paths for upward movement and the pay is not in alignment with the current pay in my area for similar work. This can result in PACs losing their best employees.
