Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid under my market value. I have been offered roles for significantly higher compensation, but have chosen to stay at PAC because I believe it will be the best fit long term; however, the compensation needs to be addressed at some point.

If you can't sell anything because there is no capacity or its not available you are losing commission and there should be some compensation.. also if you hit your budget numbers there should be a bonus especially if its a lot more.

We hire whats available vs whats best for the job. We tend to hire people that are what their direct manager wants which is usually a yes person, we need more people involved in interviews.

the organization is manufacturing driven not customer/sales driven. Its whats best for PAC not what can we do to bring in more work and align with customer needs. If you are the squeaky wheel that has some different ideas, you get ostracized
