I love the company and the culture. I do find that the workload can become unpredictability erratic and overwhelming from time to time. I hope moving forward they can find a balance. Even with lots of off time, I still log in because there are issues or problems. Let's fix this.

I love when my customers are happy and create good feedback for me! I feel rewarded for my hard work and efforts.

My team is small but mighty... We , however, are tasked with too much for so few people. It can be very overwhelming and I have definitely struggled with burn out.

We all know that we are taking on a huge amount but we can all commiserate with each other and lean on each other. unfortunately when you lean on others you know that it will be at a sacrifice to their own responsibilities.

I feel I have to deal with a lot more problems than I am being paid for. I work on a small team and if one person is out we all suffer and subsequently have to do an intense amount of work to compensate. We also have 24 hour SLA breaches which are very hard to meet when you have a high email volume.
