They are positive, uplifting and open about goals for the future. If we are struggling with a project, they jump in and help to fix the issue and learn/teach. Then we are able to do the same for others.
Che cosa ti rende più felice sul posto di lavoro?
When the app is working and the customers books are consistant, clean and accurate. Being remote, its kinda hard to be sad because I can go get a cip of coffee without feeling like big brother is breathing down my throat.

Even as a remote worker, I dont feel like I'm out on an island. We can chat like we are in the office/family and still be able to finish the job as a team. We all understand and are sometimes a sounding board for each others lives.

The freedom to have creative ideas to add to the app. The freedom of truly having time with family, so a true work life balance. The freedom of choosing if I want to go in office. The monthly get together for team building (havent done one yet but they are coming).
