    LegalShield welcomes employees to work-from-home. A large % of the workforce are remote, coast to coast.

  • Leadership doesn’t trust their employees enough to let them work at home.

  • There is no work at home alternative. They tried to do it in small scale for one department, but in reality only the upper-level executives have the option to work from home. If you work at LegalShield, expect to be a cubicle-dweller.

    Jeff Bell is genuinely caring and empathetic about his employees ("LegalShield family") and his customers. He is passionate, charismatic, welcoming, organized, and drives for innovation and improvement. He cares about overall well-being of all, and encourages ongoing growth and learning. Highly respected overall.

  • For the most part, everyone like Jeff Bell. He's charismatic and excited about the company. Sometimes the policy change comes out of nowhere and without much preparation though.

  • The CEO is borderline abusive, up to and including physically (throwing things at people is not unheard of).

    Laid back for the most part. Very friendly as well.

  • People don’t trust each other because that is the environment created by leadership. And NO ONE trusts HR.

  • It’s an MLM, so it’s all about recruiting. That’s where the focus is and it shows. They make a lot of money by bringing in new recruits and filtering that money up the ranks to the leadership.

  • It's all growing at about the same rate, I'd say. Each month is setting records for increase.

  • It’s an immoral corporate culture ran by leadership who do g care about their people. The only change would be a wholesale change in leadership.

  • Increasing pay would be the first thing I'd do. Also, hiring more people to help the current call volume would be nice.

  • If you can leave work at work, it’s fine. However, too often your day is so bad (because of leadership) that you take the stress home with you.

  • For the most part it's very balanced. Until you get further up the chain, then you may bring some work home, but you're compensated for it.

  • Very welcoming. Of course there is the process of applying and if your application is selected, you get an interview with a Personnel Coordinator. They're very friendly and warm people. The interview process is not intimidating at all. After an interview, if they feel like you'd be a good fit, the hiring process begins.
