R+L Carriers – It's a great place if you like getting screwed over. No merit based raises. Everyone gets the same annual cost of living raise. Most drivers sit at truck stops, take 2-3 hour lunches and ride the clock. They come back with half of their 3 stops. 2 drivers w/20+ stops pick up the slack. Nobody cares.
