What do you like best about the leadership team?
Routing and dispatching needs improvement
Flexibility and understand work life balance
The team is very forthcoming and they don't just tell you what you wanna hear they give you the facts and everybody seems to be a straight
Everyone there is great and promotes an upbeat, possitive work environment. Except one dispatcher who is a huge negative energy throughout the day.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pay attetion to what is going on at every terminal!! I mean, REALLY look at drivers and ask why they can't deliver all 6 in town deliveries. Start with merit based pay and reviews!! We get tored of picking up the slack for 80% of the drivers but we all get rewarded.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company has tesorts they let employees stay at
401 k, but it needs to be better
The package is priced fair
The pay is great and benefits are fair

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If driver's who do their job or go above and beyond were recognized and paid for their efforts instead of everyone getting the same cost of living raises.

The sales team no raise year of year the only thing thats goes up is your goal

What are some of the best things about your team?
We as drivers have more communication than dispatch
The people who get along
Most everyone gets along well
All work hard to attain goals
We have some really great drivers here. Its a shame that we can't say that about our leadership.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Do their job! Most of the drivers at our terminal have very light loads. They ride the clock, sit at truck stops, come back to the terminal with half their deliveries and go home. 2-3 drivers do all of their pickups with 20+ deliveries of their own and come back to the terminal and unhook all trailr

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Co workers joking about how bad they are treated and how the company has no rome to advance
They include you and keep you up-to-date on expected work as far as if you're busy or slow. They try to keep everybody working.
I have wonderful coworkers whom work well together
Leadership to over see employees
Lay back causal family friendly like relatives how you treat u loved ones
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get better management, not those who just show up to hold a chair down all day.
We need more QUALIFIED managers
What did you like most about the interview process?
I can't think of anything that I really enjoyed about the interview process. The person I interviewed with Scott was not a very friendly guy.
The recruiter was fantastic, professional and you knew all the time what the next step would be.
It was quick and easy. Needed more information on R+L policies
Went fast and easy just 1 meeting
That he like my work background....He saw that I had the experience to do the job.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Basically, if you have a CDL, youve got a job.

What makes you most happy at work?
Excellent pay Excellent Job Security
My team and my manager
The laid back supervision of management
When Im clocking out to go home.
Seeing that our fellow employees are happy on their vacations and seeing them satisfied with what we do for them
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers tell me our drivers are rude and disrespectful. Our customer service lady changes moods 3x a day and customers aren't pleased.

Improving damage control and actually tell the customers the truth instead of pretending they don't know.
Hire better managers and set better regulations
