As a system driver/ linehaul as far as my overall experience RL has been the best trucking company for me but like every company it has its pros and cons overall scale 1-10 i give it 7.5 because of truck they give system drivers the not so good trucks

We have some really great drivers here. Its a shame that we can't say that about our leadership.

Other drivers are fine excluding some. management is absolutely the worst what makes everyone dread working or coming in

I can't think of anything that I really enjoyed about the interview process. The person I interviewed with Scott was not a very friendly guy.
