Everyone there is great and promotes an upbeat, possitive work environment. Except one dispatcher who is a huge negative energy throughout the day.

Pay attetion to what is going on at every terminal!! I mean, REALLY look at drivers and ask why they can't deliver all 6 in town deliveries. Start with merit based pay and reviews!! We get tored of picking up the slack for 80% of the drivers but we all get rewarded.

Assisting their employees instead of demanding from them
The company has tesorts they let employees stay at
401 k, but it needs to be better
The package is priced fair

If driver's who do their job or go above and beyond were recognized and paid for their efforts instead of everyone getting the same cost of living raises.

We have some really great drivers here. Its a shame that we can't say that about our leadership.
Do their job! Most of the drivers at our terminal have very light loads. They ride the clock, sit at truck stops, come back to the terminal with half their deliveries and go home. 2-3 drivers do all of their pickups with 20+ deliveries of their own and come back to the terminal and unhook all trailr

Co workers joking about how bad they are treated and how the company has no rome to advance
They include you and keep you up-to-date on expected work as far as if you're busy or slow. They try to keep everybody working.
I have wonderful coworkers whom work well together

I can't think of anything that I really enjoyed about the interview process. The person I interviewed with Scott was not a very friendly guy.
The recruiter was fantastic, professional and you knew all the time what the next step would be.

Customers tell me our drivers are rude and disrespectful. Our customer service lady changes moods 3x a day and customers aren't pleased.
