REDX really cares about their Employees. Work is work and can get stressful but they try very hard to take the stress off in any way they can. An example of that is they train you for any situation so you can take care of any problem that might come at you. They make sure you are set up and happy.

There are two things that make me the most happy at work are being able to help customers get set up at REDX and the culture we have here between coworkers, managers and executives.

I am currently expecting my first child and they really value women having children. They have certain benefits for you and your child. They also provide a 401K and have other health benefits you can sign up for.

One of our important core values at REDX is positive attitude. As we continue to have a positive attitude throughout the day, it give us the ability to lift each other up as well as have working and uplifting communication. We also enjoy celebrating and rewarding our accomplishments at REDX.

Our team is very close knit as we understand each other's stress. Everyone is willing to help and answer your questions. We have good times and are able to joke with each other while keeping a clean and comfortable environment. We go over our core values everyday as we all try to maintain them.

They are great listeners. You can open up to them knowing they will not judge but listen, sympathize and try to help find solutions with you. They will answer any question even if you have asked them the same question more then once. They want to help us progress and do our best every single day.

What I liked most was how open they were about wanting someone that flits their core values and can make sure they am willing to uphold them. I knew this was not an average company but that they value each other. The interviewing process made me want to be a part of this company at the beginning.
