KFC: The Reward Program. They need to allow loyal customers to claim points when they buy directly at the store. They need to add an option to add points, it doesn't matter if the purchase was made using the app or at the restaurant. Popeye's allows to add points when I buy directly at the restaurants
Merrill Lynch: Merrill Lynch associates never follow up with clients and they are highly neglectful and unskilled. And Merrill Edge is somehow a separate dysfunction with different Departments. Fees are too high and not enough performance and quality. I will transfer my investments and accounts to another place
TP: I'm a newbie in the company but I already have improvement in myself. My expectations are slowly fulfilled.
TP: The company is really good, they have many facilities where we can enjoy our leisure time during breaks. On top of that, you can sew that they really value security and they ensure that it is always present at all times.

The GEO Group: So far, it has not been a good one. When my medical benefits were supposed to kick in, they didn't and it was blamed on a software conversion. Now, I'm out almost $1000 I paid out of pocket to attend training for a week, and they're blaming the same conversion on why I haven't been repaid yet.

Sunrun: I truly love Sunrun, but Case Managers have been left to deal with the aftermath of removing PDT which was the most important part of our job to get cases resolved. We had to find our own ways to develop new knowledge for this. The company pretty much told us to "figure it out". CM's deserve better.
Sunrun: My overall experience has been a rollercoaster. Between the reorganization of the Post PTO department and the current status of the California, things are constantly in motion which presents a lot of challenges. Often times it seems like there isn't a lot of support.

Sunrun: Sunrun is the real deal. It is the long term solution for customers in the solar, battery storage, and home electrification industry. And because it is the proper place for customers long term, it is the proper place for long term employment stability.
Sunrun: So much potential, but way too much beauacracy. We also need to STOP promoting salespeople into technical roles. You cannot oversee electrification operations if you were never an installer.

Conduent: The first 5 years were good. The next 5 were frustrating. The last 13 years feels like one beating after another. I stayed out of loyalty to my product and the people using it. Hindsight says I should have left the company long, long ago.
Sunrun: I am happy to come into work everyday, and i've never been able to say that in my 25 years of working. I've been with this company almost 5 years now, and continue to love coming into work daily. I'm challenged daily, and have gain many friends over the years.

However there is not enough regulation, and a lot of specialists seem to take advantage of participants or even be disrespectful or rude because participants cannot talk back due to the power diff

The GEO Group: Worst experience I have ever had. The inmates run that faculty I didn't see any pat searches. Inmates were free roaming in the hallway the picket person (even the SGT) was letting them do what they want. Even during the tour there was a inmate with us the whole time.

Sunrun: My experience with the company has been great although I've not been here for a year. However, I would recommend reviewing PTO allocation. If you have an illness or sick child, getting 3 hours every 2 weeks is not enough. That would put less stress on the employee when an unavoidable absence arises.
Conduent: Have joined in 2010 as Transaction Processor. Got opportunity as a Quality Analyst in short time. Later moved to Team Lead position and handled Two SBU's. Currently handling e SBU's as a Senior Supervisor. Looking for next opportunity.
TaskUs: I work here for 7 years and at first I thought this company will be better in time but sadly, the early years of taskUs is way better than what it is now. We reach the global company status however, the salary doesn't go with it. As tenured employee AMI is not the answer, we need a 1 time raise.

GEICO: Customer service means absolutely nothing in this organization. Adjusters are forced to rush customers off the phone so they can get to the next call. Unethical claims practices are being encouraged. Company and state claims practices are being violated at the request of management.

Startek: It has been a good learning experience for me however the work life balance should be taken care by the leadership team and people should be treated with dignity.
Olive Garden: My teammates are lovely but I do think the management needs some serious reworking. It's unacceptable to yell at staff, especially in the dining area. It's also unacceptable to call someone an hour before their shift to change it. Management puts a lot of unnecessary stress on employees.
