We are required to use PTO during a business unit shutdown because we are also not allowed to work that day even though we can work. It's no longer the same.

Conduent: The job is good for reliability and work/life balance. There is not much room for promotion unless someone quits. Typically, promotions do not equal more pay.

Conduent: I came to work for the company in 2012 when it was Xerox. I had worked at my prior company for 16 years and it was difficult when they went out of business. I was hired for AE and brought into a team permanently. I am so grateful. Conduent is a continuation of this. Great logo too.

Conduent: Overall, it has been a great experience, it allows me to have great work-life balance, my management has always been very supportive. The people I work with are professional and ethical. No salary raises is a big challenge for a lot of employees as they try to cope with high cost of living.
GE Vernova: I've been at GE for 17+ years and though GE has gone through many changes, I've always been optimistic about the journey.

Conduent: I honestly love this company and my coworkers. I wish I could actually have KPIs that would guarantee a compensation increase if met. I wish I had more control over my role and not be told I'm getting promotions with no increases in compensation. It's disheartening.
