As mentioned in other question, Management for my site is well understands the company and employee and thinks more about individual and their growths. however, HR, Admin need to work on the employee engagement and feel-good factors to keep employees motivated. I see very less involvement here

Its being 3 years Im with startek, staying here is just because my team and Manager. They keeps enviorment happy. But org not taking care of employees, they dont have enough faclities and benefits. Salaries are low compare to market. Office enviorment and engagement activties lacks and HR team min
