I feel undervalued when my hard work, effort, and contributions are not fully recognized or fairly rewarded. It becomes discouraging when expectations increase without proper appreciation or compensation. Fair pay, recognition, career growth, and open communication would help me feel more motivated.

The compensation given is barely enough to keep a healthy life when comes to spending on medical bills which which some of the check up is not covered under the medical card receive as a perks for the company employee. Furthemore it is insufficient for Gym subscription to maintain a healthy body.
