This company is a very good platform for us to grow. The growth here is being recognize, where we are exposed how entering a leadership team works. I was also challenged and given feedbacks on my performance which I believe it contributed to my growth here.

I believe that the best thing about my team is we'll help each others out when its needed, we also celebrate people here even if the achievement is small. We practice that we should cheer for every achievement of our team in life, whether if its inside/outside of our workplace.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We recognize talent here. This is a very fast pace environment which it can be a place to showcase our ability if we wish to grow. There are also a lot of supports given in our journey of grwing here. I like how we promote from within first before sourcing outside talent
