the work i do. I feel like i'm making a difference in helping others not feel frustrated by technology issues at work. Seeing people feel better after helping them makes me feel like i did a good thing.
Since reorganizing their work load and having them focus on things, they have become more efficient and things have been getting done in a timely manner. This has helped alleviate the stress so that i can focus on my job.
My director is great to work with and always willing to help when i ask questions. He's extremely intelligent and does not make me feel like I'm stupid for asking something when i don't understand. My manager however can come off as dismissive or be unreachable and unreliable.
My work. I'm proud of the work i do for this company and helping it move to a more secure and technologically sound future. I like that there is never a dull moment and that even during stressful times we can laugh and come together as a team and find solutions regardless of the department we work
I make 68700 for my role. The average salary for my role on glass door is between 110k-120k. I love my job and why i don't look elsewhere as i feel like i'm making a difference. My director makes me feel valued and a critical member of the team where my input matters. That has helped a lot.
