Just let down by the recent changes since it feels like the expectations provided at the start are just a gimmick and the real intention is just to follow the rules and shut up about it. It really hurts to know the people-first environment is just downplayed in the production.
Amazon: They have better return policy, atleast in India. Better customer service than Flipkart. though there is still space to improve. The downside of Amazon is the 3rd party sellers. There is just way too many 3rd party sellers, many of whom cannot be trusted, thus damaging Amazon's reputation.

Aimbridge Hospitality: My experience at this company hasn't been exactly an easy one. My first day on the job, I wasn't given any tools to execute my cleaning position. I also wasn't showing where I could get any of the cleaning agents were cleaning utensils to clean my rooms. I was never shown how Marriott company works.

She is the reason I am still a customer of BOW.

Holiday Inn: Lack of training and very poor work ethics on site. Management has no real desire to train their new hires properly.
UPS: Management doesn't appreciate hourly employees or their hard work.
McDonald's: Training employees in their customer service skills.
Nike: Best company I've ever worked for really go out of their way to make everyone feeled valued and important. Employee surveys listened to and acted on. Also great for progression
Dollar Tree: They promised I'd be working 20-30 hours a week and then cut my hours down to 5 a week and won't respect my needed days off (weekly doctors and therapy apointments) and won't allow me to get more hours or apply for financial support.
Paychex: Great company, they deliver whats needed.

Cotton On Group: Sufficient benefits like 50% off products and medical coverage, but salary offered could be higher due to economy change. Workload is average.

Ipsos: Interview was super easy. Clearly they just want someone who can work a computer.

Aetna: Aetna needs to process claims correctly and according to guidelines. And when not processed correctly, they need to then look at the appeals and review them properly.

Lego Group: The pay is great for a base retail position, and the company cares about its employees. They keep it fun and don't push sales. All around one of the best jobs I have ever had.
