Pottery Barn: Shipping, delivery and honest customer service. I have talked to about ten different people about the status of my order and been told different things each time. No one seems to have a clue where my order is but they have full payment.

University of Mississippi Medical Center: Overall it has been great. I just want to be paid the same as everyone else. I put in my years here. I just want what I am owed
British Airways: Do much more to provide your best customers much better ground service. Improve employee training. Huge number of new employees mean many lack needed skills/know how.
TaskUs: It's fun doing something new, being productive and meeting new people at the same time. Culture is great, no obvious discrimination, managers are always reachable and very accommodating.
7-Eleven: Even with all the problems we ate having, our teams still trying to do a good job
Target: Shipping is unreliable, takes a long time, and customer service is useless for any help. Quality of products has decreased while costs have increased. I used to be a loyal customer, but no more.
Sam's Club: They are helpful and nice to work with.
ADP: Nothing much to add but the best place to work
Lincare: I've had poor customer service and still do not have my product.
Fidelity Investments: Never get the same answer from the multiple people you work with. Never can get back to that person that gave you the last answer. Multiple calls to complete rollover.

7-Eleven: I did not have any benefits or was offered benefits. It took me 4 years to get to 16.00 an hour.We had no communication with anything. The assistant manager never knew any of the questions I asked. . I have been asking for my paystubs for the last 6 months they gave me 3 months not the full year.
TP: My experience in Teleperformance company is they are very welcoming.

Waffle House: Waffle House is an absolutely amazing company to work for and i would stand up for this company day in and day out because this company has been absolutely amazing to me! However there are some issues that need to be addressed regarding some managers or this company will be losing great people!

I learn alot, I work hard, and everyday is different. There are so many different types of people, I am never alone.

Discount Tire: Tire rotations, fixing flats, etc are always a no-cost service. Easy to buy tires etc. The problem is they often sell tires on the website that they can't actually get (though other retailers have no problems). When they have the tires I want they have good deals and great service.

Walgreens: Everything is largely standard retail affair, nothing to out of the ordinary for the most part. There seems to be a large disconnect between the company higher ups and the people on the ground. Sometimes making policy changes that make our jobs harder and customer experience worse

S&P Global: I joined S&P Global through a IHSMarkit merger and it is an excellent company. Respectful, caring, deliberate decision making and serious about their people first initiative. Benefits and work/life balance are excellent. Comp isn't top of the market but is very strong.
IHG: IHG is a great working environment
Costco: The quality of the products offered. I can trust buying new products since I know Costco has a rigorous selection process.

Fastenal: I have been at Fastenal over a decade and would say the best thing about it, is the opportunity to grow your personal career. Fastenal cares very much about their customers and is very tuned in to providing the best tech so customers have the data they need to make the best decisions for themselves.

24 Hour Fitness: Overworked literally would be stuck working 18 hr shifts because people would not show for their shifts at the pool. No breaks 30 mins to eat if that and managers sleeping with staff and spent nice days at the beach. It was really bad. Naked customers (male) coming up to the pool area.
Publix Super Markets: Customer service at the location on Lebanon Rd in Mt Juliet, TN is horrible. I will not pay anyone to be rude to me.
Sedgwick: Consistent, reliable, safe, work life balance
Altice USA: Upon establishing service 2 years ago, I was billed for work (installation of additional cable outlet) that was never performed. Recently, my DVR has been out of service for over a week. Service has not been restored after multiple phone conversations and a service call.

UPS: A job is a job, at UPS you're a disposable number. You'll never here a thank you or job well done. No Christmas parties or company celebrations. Youre expected to be a well oiled machine and work 12 hour days and keep a high perfornce level with no fatigue, a job is a paycheck and that's what it is.
