The Home Depot: Knowing the work we do with merchandising makes a difference to the customers the stores and the vendors and knowing that those efforts done properly will result in profit which goes towards our bonus every 6 months. Extra income and we get to literally help everyone!

Wayfair: The immediate people you work with truly care and benefits are great. However, senior level leadership is out of touch with day to day goings-on and forgot the lower level employees carry the business. Pay increases are slow, mismanagement has caused a lot of great people to lose their jobs.

Panda Express: The culture is ambitious. Panda always pushes you to do more but theres rarely any positive feedback. Nothing is ever good enough and the people at the bottom work the hardest and recieve the least compensation while lazy managers bonus thousands.

Chipotle: Depends heavily on store managers. The job is easy but there's a lot of little things that add up to weigh down everything from upper managements unreal expectations to customers treating you like trash.

DICK'S Sporting Goods: Training each employee to do their jobs and any other task assigned. Managers are the least trained of any company I've worked for. They have no idea how to turn morale around, maximize the customer experience and are more concerned with the metrics that drive their bonuses than their employees.

O'Reilly Auto Parts: The company operates at all levels based on the company culture values which are good principles for everyone to live each day. We were harder than most but results are rewarded because the company promotes team members from within. It's all about results and living the company culture.
Berkshire Hathaway: New management and the hourly employees being treated with respect
