ADP: I love ADP and would recommend it to others. To be brief, I would change two things. Pay and Work from Home. I believe I should be paid more for what I do so I can comfortably support a family, and work from home to save on lost time and expense from travel. This also benefits the work-life balance.

ADP: For corporate America, not too bad, all things considered. Can be very clique-y though, lots of friends promoting friends disguised as "networking." Hiring process way too long. HR not always in touch with what leaders are doing (engagement pulse discussions not tracked). NO EMPATHY from HR... EVER.
