A re-alignment has brought to light that at least a big chunk of us are not receiving what new hires are getting, and that doesn't even account for the previous experience. Also, growth should be encouraged, not stymied. I literally fight myself to go to work.

We just opened 1 year ago as a new store, corporate policy and over demanding upper Managers destroy the store, most have resigned, put in 2 weeks , they are under payed, and under appreciated by corporate.

My only complaint is there are so many levels of management that it does take long for policies/raises/etc. to be completed. Overall a good company with decent benefits. I do not work in sales however so I cannot speak to that part.

Hudson's Bay Company: Great experience for those who have no work experience, especially students who still live with their parents. The salary is very cheap to other places in the same market. Difficult to negotiate. No work benefits for part-time workers, (so no health insurance benefits) excluding employee discount.

Eventually I became one of the first cuts of 2022, it was financially devastating. Managers have poor communication.
