A re-alignment has brought to light that at least a big chunk of us are not receiving what new hires are getting, and that doesn't even account for the previous experience. Difficult to negotiate. No work benefits for part-time workers, (so no health insurance benefits) excluding employee discount.

Eventually I became one of the first cuts of 2022, it was financially devastating. Managers have poor communication.
