Caterpillar Inc.: Management is horrible and does not communicate. They will do anything to save a dime.
Southwest Airlines: I feel valued and appreciated everyday. I feel secure in my job. The company provides me with different opportunities to advance and learn. We are also trained on a regular basis to keep up with constant change
Amazon: A few bumps here and there but working to make it better.
Maximus: I made some good friends but not a good place when leadership is never around. When situations arise leaders need to train to lead.
