Choice Hotels: Joined Choice a year and a half ago and have found a great fit on the Mountains and Great Plains team with Dana. I feel I make a difference for my hotels and support the values, mission and culture of the company

Qualtrics: Great company if you have a good manager that is willing to fight for you. If you have a bad manager then you should try to switch teams immediately because you will not be able to progress on your own since your manager is the one who goes to bat for you against the performance review committee.
Choice Hotels: Choice has a fantastic culture - the best I've seen in my extensive experience in the hospitality industry. This comes from our most senior leadership down. There is genuine care for our employees, franchisees and clients. Its fun to come to work each day

Textron Systems: I love my job and the moment i stepped into the office for my first in person interview I knew I had to work there. I was going to give the best interview first impression I possibly could! And I was 100 percent correct in my perception of the company.
Peloton: I feel like this is where I have always wanted to work and I honestly hope this is the last job I ever have. The downside is that there is no off switch. Emails never stop late into the night or on the weekends, the phone never stops ringing and the expectation to always be available is taxing.

Peloton: The culture really is incredible. The job and role is extremely challenging and the days are very long but I'm extremely impressed by the executive team, the monthly meetings that are very honest, and the way there is no bureaucracy or too much hierarchy is refreshing.

Textron Systems: It has been challenging. Everyone does not have the same opportunities, some of us have to work harder than others but still get overlooked. If there is a playbook for success, it is not shared across the board.

Textron Systems: Better than I could have expected at single company for 37 years.
Peloton: Most companies think of their consumers, clients, and investors as stakeholders of their company. However, at Peloton, even employees are considered equally important stakeholders. You aren't considered as an employee, but as a family whose success is as important as that of the company.
Textron Systems: Great company to work for, but there have been some situations that should have been handled differently. I've voiced my opinions, but still nothing has been done. Only wish I was able to fix it myself but I cannot. This has only been one instance, so I shouldn't be complaining but it's frustrating.
Peloton: Great to work with incredible professionals on daily basis.
Textron Systems: This company works with products across multiple domains in the defense industry, primarily integrating other technology into our products with minimal actual engineering development and design work. The culture focuses on the bottom line and not the individual.

Textron Systems: It's allowed me to learn and grow. The company encourages promoting from within so there are plenty of opportunities for growth and promotions

Realtor.com: I have worked at the company for nearly 4 months now and have had a great experience so far, especially with everything being remote due to covid. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help you learn so that you can be effective at your job.

Peloton: It's an awesome company with a good vision, but we have a few stakeholders that are really difficult and inconsiderate. I need a lot more support but my boss is slow to hire, even though we're not cash-strapped.

Choice Hotels: Great culture of collaboration among team members but there is uncertainty with hospitality in the current environment. Continuous expense cutting and layoffs is stressful, specially when you are not prepared that they will be coming.

Early in my career I also felt I had numerous mentors and although I don't believe I need a mentor now, it would be nice to know I had champions.
Textron Systems: I have been with the company for 16 years and have been afforded many opportunities for growth and various positions, both lateral and promotional.

At the same time, I wished the priorities went back to supporting tech and marketing more to drive guests towards Choice Hotels. I think Choice could do more to recognize employees through more awards or swag.

Choice Hotels: The opening, That I can addessed any isssues, in particular my boss. He's always opne to listen,to guide, and most important, to lead.
Choice Hotels: The pay & benefit packages are great but I often feel underappreciated. Most conversations w/ my manager reflect an emphasis placed on minutiae that isn't impactful. Mgmt structure within our department is too robust and many projects seem to be rolled out to prove their worth (busy work).
Choice Hotels: I have worked at Choice for over a decade and continue to be challenged and learn new things every day with good people.
Choice Hotels: I have been with Choice for 6 years now and it has been a wonderful experience. Everyone I have worked with have been inclusive, transparent and great to be and work with.
Choice Hotels: Although there has been several direct leadership changes for me, I believe we have the right people in place to have sustainable success for years to come.
Choice Hotels: I think the way the company has handled the current pandemic really speaks to the strengths of the leadership team. It has shown that leadership really cares about the associates and has run the company on a very solid footing.
