Champion Window: Compensation is not competitive when compared to similar companies. Mostly based on favoritism.
HubSpot: The cons are that it's a fast-paced environment that can be hard to keep up with sometimes and that departments are somewhat siloed. However, those two things are getting better every day. The pros more than make up for it: The people, the compensation, the benefit, the value and meaning of my work.
Chick-fil-A: The talent manager in 2019 was the only manager who was growth minded and wanted the business to succeed and took action to better the company. Leadership is taken care of while those who actually do things are giving no appreciation and often feel taken advantage of:

But people that i interact daily doesnt seem to represent those values and that makes mefeel often unsecure, low about myself snd lack of psichological safety in day to day work

HubSpot: I have been here for nearly four years, and it is very hard to imagine myself anywhere else. We have a great product, great leadership team, we move at lightning fast speeds, and I can not say I have ever been bored at the company for a minute. And, after all that, we are still early days!

HubSpot: very positive. its a serious company where goals are tough to reach but people are given support and opportunity to reach them.Its feels like we're all invested in the same outcomes - from our CEO to a sales rep, and that drives engagement and trust.
Guidewire Software: In my overall IT career, I have stayed with Guidewire longest. I see the work we do is very much aligned with the industry trends which is very beneficial for the company and personal improvement.

HubSpot: Strong ability to execute and stay focused
Guidewire Software: Extremely fast paced with very aggressive goals to move to a cloud solution. The transition from an OnPrem with annual releases to a Cloud solution with biweekly releases has been a radical shift for the organization, and we are still learning to cope with it.
Smartsheet: 1 year in and I am more excited to be with SMAR than ever.
HubSpot: This place isn't for everyone because the pace is very fast and expectations are high. This is a rewarding place to work where autonomy and transparency are paramount.
HubSpot: I really like HS. I haven't worked too many other places, but it seems like a really fair, and good place to work
Guidewire Software: Overall Guidewire is a great place to work, and a company that I'm proud to be a part of. We have smart, driven people who carry Guidewire as a market leader, while at the same time providing a reasonable balance in work pace and with personal life.
Guidewire Software: I've been continually impressed with Guidewire. It's rare that a company can grow and still retain the positives that can exist at an extremely small startup. I credit that 100% to our senior leadership.
