They are smart and forward-thinking. It's a great feeling to know that you're working at a company that will never become complacent or comfortable with the status quo. Not to mention, they're incredible approachable, compassionate, and make an effort to know their employees individually.

My favorite thing about my job is being able to get to know the individuals on my team, learning about what motivates them, coaching them on areas of improvement, and seeing the impact I can make on their success now and in their future roles.

Our company has grown a lot in the last couple of years. Despite getting larger, we've maintained the start-up feel by finding ways to connect, collaborate, and innovate. We have a culture where it's ok to be bold and to throw out new ideas. It's also ok to fail as long as we find a new solution.
