The cons are that it's a fast-paced environment that can be hard to keep up with sometimes and that departments are somewhat siloed. However, those two things are getting better every day. I can't even decide what's best about the compensation package. The financial benefits such as the pay and stock options are incredible. The softer benefits such as the unlimited vacation time are so good for morale.
