Better: I came from other company i had been at last 8 years and thought I would retire there. I made this move and it was better than I imagined
eHealth: Awful, stressful, micromanaged, low pay, long hours
Sunrun: I am concerned that we are putting lean manufacturing ahead of culture. Lean manufacturing only works when culture is healthy, and culture does not happen by itself. The executives seem to take culture for granted because the mission is so strong. In the long run I fear that model will not hold up.
Better: Better.com occupies a difficult space and is expanding to fill more of it every day. This presents a lot of hard challenges and thinking, but the quality of the employees and optimism insures that the work gets done well and with a positive attitude.
Sunrun: I've had enormous room to grow and lots of autonomy to execute on my roll, but ultimately I hit a ceiling and couldn't continue to grow on my team and so I am leaving.
Sunrun: Feels like a startup when it shouldn't anymore. All the downsides - and upsides - of a startup.

ACT: ACT used to be amazing. Gone are those days. Huge layoffs almost every other year. Contractors and outsourcing are the new normal. Dont question anyone above you. Most managers insist on micromanaging everything. I keep my head down and just try not to be replaced.

RingCentral: My overall experience with RingCentral has been extremely positive. The first 9 months have come and gone extremely fast. I enjoy working with my customers to provide them the best solution to their needs and make sure that they get everything they purchased as part of the SOW.

RMS: I likethe company and believe in it's future, but I am not sure I see a future there for myself due to lack of advancement opportunities and mentorship. I keep sticking around hoping it will change but 5 years have past and I still don't find my own work meaningful.
RMS: It is highly engaging. My colleagues care about their work, and mine, and we improve each other.
