NETSCOUT: I am with NETCOUT since 2009 and I have worked for multiple orgs/ department and under different Managers. I had learnt and grown during initial 10 years at the company but I do not see any work or growth opportunities in my current team under current manager.

Formula.Monks: Great organization, gifted and intelligent co-workers and leaders, and fast paced learning to GTM; which takes an entrepreneurial mindset for individuals that can retain and regurgitate a lot of intake.
NETSCOUT: Mediocre experience or a bit above. I've worked for companies with lousy cultures and no room for advancement, and also for other companies with brilliant culture, lively enthusiasm and opportunities to thrive. NetScout's been somewhere in between.

Chegg: I love working here. But, I am scared that there is no opportunity for movement above my current role and there may never be. I have experienced living through numerous lay offs here and that makes me uneasy. The people are awesome and I have worklife balance. I am learning a lot and developing.
NETSCOUT: For me, on my team, it has been very positive. I've worked on various projects and received excellent support from my manager/management team.
