Interactions: I'll not be brief as my tenure is over a decade. The experience at my company has vastly improved - especially so over the last 5 years, despite our business shrinking. Growth-minded staff was retained, and efforts made to follow current best practices in software delivery.
General Assembly: Overworked with unrealistic expectations for role.
Interactions: Interactions is the best place I've ever worked. I've gotten opportunities here that I never would have gotten at other places. The company catered well to introverts and neurodiverse types in the distant past, and while things have changed a bit, I have no plans to leave. I'm comfortable here.
Curative: It's a wonderful to be able to go out to meetings and share what this company has to offer to their employees.
